What is Rajasthan ITI Admission?

Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) offer job-oriented, short-term professional courses to help students secure early career opportunities. These courses are generally split into two categories:

• Engineering Trades: Technical options such as Electrician, Fitter, Wireman, Diesel Mechanic, Turner, and Welder.
• Non-Engineering Trades: Skill-focused options such as COPA (Computer Operator & Programming Assistant), Stenographer, Dress Making, and Cutting & Tailoring.

Completing an ITI certificate opens up separate government job quotas in departments like Indian Railways, Electricity Boards, Roadways, PHED, and the Indian Army, along with paid apprenticeship opportunities.

Application Fee

Candidates need to pay the category-wise processing fee online during form submission:

• General / OBC / EWS Candidates: Rs. 200
• SC / ST Candidates: Rs. 175
• All Female Candidates: Rs. 0 (Free)

Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit (As of 1 September 2026)

• Minimum Age: 14 Years
• Maximum Age: No upper age limit. Anyone above 14 can apply.

2. Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have cleared **8th pass, 10th pass, or 12th pass** schooling systems from a recognized board depending completely on the chosen trade type.

Selection & Merit List Process

There will be **no written entrance examination** for admissions. Selection is based purely on school merit:

• Merit positions are calculated based on your marks in the qualifying class (8th standard percentages for 8th-level trades, and 10th standard percentages for 10th-level trades).
• Seats are allocated systematically according to your choice preference, state reservation policies, and merit numbers.
• Reservation Note: A **30% horizontal reservation** is applicable for female candidates across all categories and trade programs.

Government ITI Course Fees Structure

• Caution Money (Refundable): Rs. 1,000 (Applicable to all applicants for the full session)
• Tuition Fee (1 & 2 Year Trades): Rs. 2,400 per year
• Tuition Fee (6-Month Trades): Rs. 1,200 total
• Tuition Fee for Women: Completely **Free** in all Government ITIs.

Note: Fee structures for private ITI institutions are managed separately by their respective college management committees.

How to Apply Online for Rajasthan ITI Admission 2026

Eligible applicants can complete their application forms from home or their nearest E-Mitra kiosk by following these steps:

1. Go to the official website kdhte.rajasthan.gov.in to crosscheck your eligibility parameters.
2. Open the official **SSO Rajasthan Portal** and log in using your SSO ID and password.
