- Experience: Minimum 1.5 years experience in the relevant specialty after obtaining PG Degree OR minimum 2.5 years experience after obtaining PG Diploma.

3. Medical Officer
- Recognized Allopathic Medical Qualification (MBBS).
- Permanent registration with MCI, NMC, or State Medical Council.

CAPF Medical Officer Selection Process
The recruitment process does not include a written examination. Selection will be completed through the following stages:

- Physical Standard Test (PST)

Interview Marking System: The Interview carries 200 marks. It tests general awareness, professional domain knowledge, personality, alertness, leadership capability, and moral character. A minimum qualifying score of 40% (80 marks) is mandatory for all categories. Candidates scoring less than 80 marks will be disqualified. Final merit ranking will be drawn based strictly on total interview marks.
