Eligibility Criteria for MPESB Naib Tehsildar

1. Departmental Service Condition

• Candidate must be an active serving employee of the MP Revenue Department (Board of Revenue, Commissioner Land Records, Principal Revenue Commissioner, Divisional Commissioner, Collector, SDO, or Tehsil establishments).
• Must have completed a minimum of 5 years of substantive or officiating service on a Clerical cadre post, or as a Patwari / Revenue Inspector.
• Entering the official Employee Code in the application is compulsory.
• Candidates are permitted a maximum of three attempts under this departmental scheme.

2. Educational Qualification

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in Arts, Science (including Technical/Engineering), Commerce, or Agriculture.

Selection Process & Exam Pattern

Selection will be based on an online Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by document verification by the Principal Revenue Commissioner's Office.

• Marking Scheme: 1 mark for each correct answer; 0.25 mark penalty for each wrong answer.
• Qualifying Marks: Minimum 55% aggregate marks for Unreserved/OBC/EWS candidates; 40% aggregate marks for SC/ST candidates.
• Merit Validity: The selected panel remains valid for one year from issuance.
